My order

If you wish to cancel or modify an order, please contact our customer service department at contact@norrebro.fr. Please contact us as soon as possible, as we cannot take any action once your order has been shipped.

You can track your order by consulting the tracking link in your order confirmation e-mail.

If you already have an account, you can also log in to your account and access the “My orders” tab. The status of your order will be shown there.

We recommend that you regularly check the status of your order to obtain the latest updates on its status and delivery.

The invoice for your purchase is available in your account at any time. However, we advise you to download it as soon as you receive your parcel. You can keep it for the duration of the warranty period.

Delivery and returns

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours, with an estimated delivery time of between 2 and 5 working days.

Delivery times are approximate and may vary according to any constraints encountered by carriers.

After receiving your order, if you are not satisfied with an item, you can return it to us by contacting us at contact@norrebro.fr and indicating your order number and the product concerned (excluding pre-orders).

You are responsible for return shipping costs. The item must be protected in order to avoid any damage during transport. The item must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition and unused.

Refunds will be issued by the same means of payment used for the order, within a maximum of 14 days of receipt of the product.

The invoice for your purchase is available in your account at any time. However, we advise you to download it as soon as you receive your parcel. We recommend that you keep it for the entire warranty period.

To access your invoice, log in to your account and look for the section dedicated to orders. There you’ll find a link to download the invoice corresponding to your purchase.
